Tuna and Bean Salad
Dish Notes: An all time favourite which is quick and easy – ideal for lunch or dinner.
Serves 2
Ingredients
• 400g cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 small red onion, finely sliced
• 200g tin of tuna or fresh tuna steak flaked
• 2 tablespoons roughly chopped flat leaf parsley
• Lemon juice or white wine vinegar to taste
• Ground black pepper
• Pinch of chilli flakes
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and serve. Simple!
